Leafy greens offer pure nutrition. They are a great source of non-dairy calcium, vitamin C and magnesium. And they contain carotenoids which may help protect against heart disease and cancer.
The amount of vitamins you’ll get depends on the fruits and veggies you choose for the smoothie. Nevertheless, most fruits and veggies are high in vitamins A and C.

- 1 large celery stalk
